A. Merceds Benz SUV (small) illegally parked. Been parked for 3 days. Unauthorized parking daily after 5pm 7 days a week. Vehicle has a temporary license plate. Vehicle not safely parked. Looks like vehicle stopped and driver was unable to park straight. Parked in the 2400 block of Wichita St on the north side of the block.
